OneSuite Digital Agency Management App

Built by a Trustworthy Team That’s Empowering 200K+ Digital Agencies

We’re Technext, the team behind OneSuite, a fellow digital agency with a passion for building software that helps startups and agencies grow. Since 2012, we’ve been helping businesses build derivatives that users love.

But wait, our story with the digital agency doesn’t start with OneSuite. We previously built three successful products, ThemeWagon, MailBluster, and Gradnet, to make life easier for small businesses and communities.

About Of Technext

Why We Built OneSuite?

We have been running a digital agency called Technext since 2012. We help clients build their dream projects by developing web and mobile applications through staff augmentation. To run our agency, we were juggling through many apps and software.

As a co-founder, I found it hard to switch from tab to tab and from one app to another just to manage my digital service business.

I asked 50+ other digital business owners, and we discovered that we all need an all-in-one app to run our digital agency as well. That’s how I came up with the idea of a centralized app. We also realized it could be an excellent tool for agencies, solopreneurs, freelancers, consultants, and small teams. That’s how we came up with the idea of OneSuite.

We then created a Figma prototype and interviewed the digital agency owners. They saw what problem we were going to solve. They started developing additional features and modules that would solve their pain points. We kept improving the prototype and showed it to more digital agency owners, even from LinkedIn, which I didn’t know personally. We got some negative reviews and many positive ones. We decided we were going to build the solution. We call it ‘OneSuite for digital agencies’.

As a digital agency owner, you indeed have to wear many hats. Sometimes, you talk with prospects, manage projects, send invoices, write NDA/project proposals, and sign them. To do that, you need to log in to various tools. These may include DocuSign, Clicksup, Trello, Jira, Asana, Google Drive, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Invoicely, Quickbooks, and many other tools and apps.

With OneSuite, you can have an all-in-one app that solves all the pain points of managing your digital agency smoothly.

Sign up today for early access and give us your valuable feedback. At this stage, you can build a tailored solution to solve your problem and thousands of other digital agencies.
