What kind of work is keeping you occupied these days? Anything interesting you are currently focused on?
Raihan: We are providing design services to both startup and enterprise-level clients. What’s been most exciting for me lately is exploring the blend of UI/UX design with 3D and motion design. We’ve been integrating more motion graphics and 3D elements into our designs, which has made things really interesting. The ability to balance creative projects with smooth project management is key for us.
What was the biggest challenge you guys actually faced so far?
Raihan: One of the biggest challenges we faced was finding and hiring skilled resources, especially junior designers. Before we even started OfSpace, we worked hard to build up a community of designers who we could nurture and eventually bring into the agency. However, the challenge was ensuring that we could maintain the level of quality our clients expect while helping junior designers grow. It’s been an ongoing process, but we’ve managed to build a strong team over time.
