Creating a New Lead:

Capturing Lead Details:
OneSuite empowers you to gather in-depth information about your leads, allowing for effective personalization and follow-up. Here’s a breakdown of the available fields:
- Contact Information: Capture the lead’s first name, last name, work email, personal email (optional), and designation to personalize your communication and ensure you reach the right person.
- Quick Connect: Include the primary contact number for immediate outreach options.
- Website & Social Presence: Provide context by adding the lead’s website URL and LinkedIn profile URL (optional).
- Project Insights: Capture a short project hint or note to jog your memory about the potential project scope.
- Personalize with an Image (Optional): Attach an image to the lead profile for a more engaging touch.
Customized Lead Stages:
OneSuite goes beyond simple lead capture. Organize your leads into customizable stages that reflect your unique sales process. This allows you to visualize the progress of each lead and prioritize your efforts effectively.
Company Association (Optional):
For B2B leads, associate the lead with a specific company. Capture details like company email, contact number, office address, country, and website for a holistic view of your potential client.
Additional Information:
Further refine your lead management with additional details like industry, priority (high/medium/low), source of the lead (e.g., referral, website form), and relevant tags. This allows you to categorize and prioritize leads for targeted marketing and sales efforts.
