1. Accessing the Import Feature:
Navigate to the familiar Lead Pipeline interface within OneSuite. Locate the dedicated “Import” button – this is your gateway to adding a multitude of leads simultaneously.
2. Selecting the Import Option:
Click on the “Import” button to initiate the bulk import process. OneSuite will guide you through the steps for a smooth and efficient lead influx.
3. Preparing Your CSV File:
For a successful bulk import, ensure you have a CSV file prepared beforehand. This file should contain all the relevant lead information in a clear and organized manner. Each column within the CSV file should correspond to a specific lead detail, such as name, email, company name, etc.

Click on the “CSV format and Import Instructions” to see instructions of how your CSV file should be, please note that the max file size is 10MB and Max Items : 500 Leads.
4. Mapping Fields and Uploading:
Once your CSV file is ready, OneSuite will assist you in mapping the fields within your file to the corresponding lead details in OneSuite. This ensures accurate data transfer and organization. After mapping the fields, you’ll be presented with a preview of the imported lead data.
5. Review and Confirmation:
OneSuite offers you the opportunity to thoroughly review the imported lead data for accuracy. Make any necessary adjustments or corrections to individual leads at this stage. Once you’re satisfied with the data, click the prominent “Import” button to finalize the bulk import process.
