OneSuite at WordCamp Sylhet 2026: Our Journey as a Platinum Sponsor
October 4, 2026
This year, OneSuite joined WordCamp Sylhet 2026 as a Platinum Sponsor, and our full team came along to be part of it.
For us, supporting the event felt personal. Sylhet is home, and our founder, Reza, was also the lead organizer. Having the WordPress community come together in our own city gave us plenty of reasons to get involved.
We build OneSuite for people who run businesses, manage projects, and work with clients. Many WordPress freelancers and agency owners do exactly that every day. WordCamp gave us a chance to meet them face to face, hear about their work, and understand where things get difficult.
Our sponsorship was one way to help make those conversations possible. We wanted to support a space where people could learn from one another, share their experiences, and meet the people behind the products they use.
So we set up our OneSuite booth and joined in. With the whole team there, it was a chance to step away from our usual work, spend time with the community, and share what we’ve been building.
Our Team Helped Make It Happen
Being at WordCamp Sylhet meant a lot to our team, especially with several of our colleagues helping organize the event.
Our founder, Reza, served as the lead organizer. Alongside his work at OneSuite, he helped bring together the people and preparations behind WordCamp Sylhet 2026. Seeing him there in both roles made the event feel especially close to us.
Our marketer, Billal Khan Pabel, was also part of the organizing team, while Jabed, Alvee, Saad, and Akriti joined as volunteers. Each had a different role, but they shared the same goal: helping the event run smoothly and making attendees feel welcome.
The full OneSuite team joined them for the occasion. We spent time at our booth, met attendees, joined conversations, and enjoyed being together outside our everyday work.
It was a proud moment to see our colleagues contributing to the event while the rest of us introduced OneSuite to the community. We came home with shared memories, new connections, and plenty to talk about.
Conversations and Demos at the OneSuite Booth
Our booth gave us a chance to sit down with visitors and talk about how they manage their businesses. Agency owners, freelancers, and WordPress professionals stopped by to meet the team and see OneSuite in action.
We walked them through project management, invoicing, the client portal, and reporting. Those demos opened up conversations about everyday work: keeping track of projects, sharing updates with clients, managing budgets, and getting invoices paid.
Visitors also explored OneSuite themselves and shared their impressions. Hearing someone’s feedback while they tried a feature helped us understand what felt straightforward and what needed a closer explanation.
Reporting and approvals were part of those discussions too. We had the opportunity to show our recent work and hear how these features could fit into an agency’s workflow.
For our team, these conversations were a valuable part of WordCamp. We could answer questions directly, listen to different experiences, and learn more about the people we’re building OneSuite for.
Reza’s Discussion on Agency 2.0
How can agencies prepare for their next stage of growth?
That was the focus of Reza’s Agency 2.0 table discussion at WordCamp Sylhet 2026.
As OneSuite’s founder, Reza brought the conversation back to the everyday work of running an agency. Whether a team is small or large, growth means more clients, more projects, and more responsibilities to keep track of.
The discussion explored how agencies can improve their workflows so that taking on more work remains manageable. Clear responsibilities, better project visibility, and consistent communication all have a part to play. Teams also need to understand their budgets and the time they spend delivering client work.
For smaller agencies, this can mean putting useful processes in place early. For larger teams, it can mean reviewing familiar ways of working and finding where things get delayed or overlooked.
It was a chance to think about what the next generation of agencies could look like—and how better day-to-day operations can support that growth.
An Agency Founder’s Feedback
One conversation that stayed with us was with Sakib, the founder of a marketing agency. After exploring OneSuite, he praised its project management tools, particularly the Kanban boards and budgeting. He also found the reporting and approval features easy to use.
Sakib shared that he was interested in purchasing OneSuite to help manage his growing agency. Hearing that from someone who could see a place for OneSuite in his own business meant a lot to our team.
Receiving the Sponsor Crest
Receiving the sponsor crest was a proud moment for the OneSuite team. It recognized our support as a Platinum Sponsor and gave us something to remember the event by.
With our colleagues involved as organizers, volunteers, and sponsors, it felt especially meaningful to share that moment together.
What We Took Away
We left WordCamp Sylhet 2026 with new connections, useful feedback, and good memories as a team. The conversations at our booth helped us hear what agency owners and freelancers need, what they liked about OneSuite, and where we can improve.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried OneSuite, asked questions, or shared their experience. We’re also grateful to the organizers, volunteers, speakers, and fellow sponsors who helped make the event happen.
If we met at WordCamp, we’d love to keep the conversation going. And if you’re curious about how OneSuite can help you manage projects, clients, and billing, take a look at OneSuite.
