Connect Zoom with OneSuite → How to Connect Zoom with OneSuite
Add video meeting scheduling directly inside your Client Portal and surface Zoom links across CRM automatically.
Prerequisites
Make sure you have the following before starting the setup.
Platform
OneSuite
- Agency owner or admin role
- Active OneSuite subscription
- Client Portal enabled
- Access to Settings panel
Integration
Zoom
- Zoom account (Free or paid)
- Zoom Scheduler set up with a booking URL
- Access to authorize OAuth apps
- Marketplace permissions not restricted
Installation
Follow these five steps to connect your Zoom account to OneSuite.
-
Navigate to Scheduling settings
In OneSuite, open Settings from the left sidebar, then go to Client Portal → Scheduling. This is where all meeting integrations are managed.
Tip: You can use the keyboard shortcut ⌘K and search for 'Scheduling' to get there faster.
-
Click "Connect Zoom"
On the Scheduling page, find the Zoom card and click the "Connect Zoom" button. This will start the OAuth authorization flow.
-
Authorize on Zoom's OAuth screen
You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. Review the requested permissions — OneSuite only asks for read access to your profile and scheduler. Click Allow.
OneSuite requests: View your Zoom profile, Access Zoom Scheduler data.
-
Paste your Zoom Scheduler booking URL
After authorizing, a modal will appear asking for your Zoom Scheduler booking URL. Copy it from your Zoom Scheduler dashboard and paste it here.
Your booking URL can be found at zoom.us/scheduler under 'Share Booking Page'.
-
Confirm the Connected status
Once saved, the Zoom card will show a green "Connected" badge alongside your authorized email address. The integration is now live.
Usage
Once connected, Zoom appears in two places across OneSuite.
Client Portal — Meetings tab
Clients see a dedicated Zoom tab with a "Schedule a Meeting" button that opens your Zoom Scheduler booking page directly.
Admin — Manage booking URL
Return to Settings → Scheduling at any time to update your booking URL, disconnect the account, or reconnect a different Zoom account.
How clients book a Zoom meeting
Here's what the experience looks like from your client's perspective in the Client Portal.
-
Open the Zoom tab in Schedule a Meeting
From the Client Portal sidebar, clients click "Schedule a Meeting" and select the Zoom tab. They'll see a "Book an Appointment" prompt with a Schedule a Meeting button.
-
Pick a date and time on Zoom Scheduler
Clicking the button opens Zoom Scheduler. Clients see a calendar with available dates highlighted and can pick a time slot that works for them.
-
Fill in details and confirm the booking
After selecting a time, clients enter their name, email address, and an optional message. Clicking "Book" confirms the meeting.
-
Meeting confirmed
A confirmation screen shows the meeting details — date, time, timezone, and meeting type. Clients can reschedule, cancel, or schedule another event from here.
Uninstallation
Complete both steps to fully remove the Zoom integration.
-
Disconnect in OneSuite
Go to Settings → Client Portal → Scheduling. Click "Manage" next to the Zoom card, then select "Disconnect Zoom". Confirm the prompt. This immediately removes the OAuth tokens and disables the Zoom tab in your Client Portal.
-
Remove from Zoom Marketplace
Visit marketplace.zoom.us, find OneSuite under Installed Apps, and click Remove. This revokes all OAuth tokens from the Zoom side.
